Candidates must demonstrate academic excellence and potential to contribute to national development and good understanding between Peru and the United States. The scholarships provide partial funding for Master studies. Those interested in Ph.D. studies (PhD) should consult the Fulbright Commission the opportunity to continue their studies after obtaining a Masters degree. FIELDS OF STUDY

Applications are accepted in all fields except medicine, dentistry, nursing and clinical psychology. BENEFITS

Partial scholarship. Cover transport costs, medical insurance, monthly stipend for living expenses. The Fulbright Commission requested directly from universities exemption from payment of school fees (board of education or "tuition"). Failure to obtain the waiver, the scholarship may be supplemented with personal funds or scholarship funds provided by other institutions.
